It shows up on the nutritional panel as a carbohydrate, but when counting carbs you can count allulose out (it has negligible calories, ~1/10t the amount found in sugar despite tasting just as sweet). Best when served chilled, but the product is shelf/room temp. stable until it's opened. Rerigerate after opening and within 7 days for best taste.
